Hayley is a qualified Dietitian who is equipped with up to date evidence based nutrition and dietary knowledge. Hayley works with the doctors to translate nutrition science into understandable information regarding food, which allows people to make appropriate food and lifestyle choices. Haley aims to provide each and every one of her patients with individualised medical nutrition therapy; through long-term behaviour changes and self-management of treating their disease through nutrition. Hayley is especially interested in all areas of the management of chronic disease, digestive disorders, food intolerances and weight management. Hayley whole heartedly believes in treating the patient not just the disease.

Credentialed Mental Health Nurse
Sandra has been Nursing for over 12 years with a career spanning NSW, NT and now QLD. Sandra is a former crisis support counsellor for the Department of Veteran Affairs and additionally has ongoing Hospital-based experience in supporting patients through recovery, including transition from Hospital to home. Her Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience also benefits women requiring mental health support in their pregnancy and the postnatal period. Sandra has a strong interest in suicide prevention and attends regular training and upskilling to stay up to date with best practice.
