Unfortunately, the Medicare rebate has failed to keep up with the rapidly rising costs of running a General Practice and we are left with no choice other than to move to a mixed billing model.
Please take time to familiarise yourself with our new fee schedule. We understand the challenges of inflation and the impacts on our community, as we are facing these challenges as well. Should you have any concerns, we encourage you to speak to your local member of parliament.

NEW PATIENTS New patients incur a $25 fee upon their first visit, additional to the consultation fee.
WEEKDAYS/SATURDAY BEFORE 1PM Standard Consultation - $66.40 with $41.40 rebate Long Consultation - $105.10 with $80.10 rebate
SATURDAY AFTER 1PM Standard Consultation - $78.90 with $53.90 rebate
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS Standard Consultation - $78.90 with $53.90 rebate
IRON INFUSIONS All patients, including those with pension or health care cards, are required to pay the fee applicable for an iron infusion Fee: $200 with $80.10 rebate
BULK BILLING Bulk billing applies for the following patients and services: All patients who hold a current concession card, health care card or DVA card. This must be produced on arrival Skin procedures Children 16 years and under Care plans Mental Health Care Plans Health Assessments Vaccinations – Please be aware that travel vaccinations will require an initial consultation with the doctor which will be charged according to standard fees Recall for results - If a new medical issue is introduced at this visit the billing will be according to standard fees
CANCELLATION POLICY We require 2 hours notice for all cancellations on the same day. If you cannot attend your appointment, please call to cancel so that we can offer the appointment to another patient. Failure to give us required notice or non-attendance will result in a $40 non attendance fee for weekday appointments and $50 for weekend appointments. You will be unable to book further appointments until this fee is paid.
