With over 10 years of medical experience, Dr Abdul Rehman is at the helm of providing excellent patient care at Marsden Family Doctors. He has accommodated patients at the Royal Perth Hospital and the Kalgoorlie Regional Hospital and has extensive experience as a general practitioner in Queensland.

As a motivated primary health care provider, Dr Rehman is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi. Together with the entire Marsden Family Doctors team, he creates a friendly and warm atmosphere that puts patients—even the youngest ones—at ease.

Prior to practicing at Marsden Family Doctors, Dr Thillainathan worked within the Gold Coast University Hospital and Hervey Bay Hospital and completed her training through the RACGP. 

Dr. Saya is passionate about General Practice and has special interest in women's health, children's health and chronic disease management. 

Outside of work Dr. Saya enjoys gardening, spending time on the beach with her family and watching Netflix.

Dr Samsad Jahan has over 25 years medical experience and has joined us from the Northern Territory where she has worked as a General Practitioner for many years. Her particular interests are areas of Women’s and Children’s health, skin checks and procedures, and men’s health. Dr Jahan is fluent in Bengali and English, and is passionate about providing quality care and improving the health outcomes for her patients.

Dr Valentine has performed vasectomies in Brisbane since 2008, initially training in the traditional vasectomy technique with Dr Greg Silver before completing further advanced training in the USA to specialise in the No-Scalpel open-ended technique. Dr Valentine enjoys and regularly performs No Needle No-Scalpel open-ended Vasectomies. He prefers this method as it is proven to be less invasive for men with a significantly lower complication rate though he still performs traditional vasectomies if requested by patients.

Suleman has experience working in all areas of physiotherapy including neurological, cardiorespiratory And post-operative orthopaedic and general surgery. His main passion however, is in musculoskeletal physiotherapy – helping patient’s recover from injuries, manage their chronic pain and improve their quality of life. His treatments are focused on empowering patients to self-manage their own recovery through health education. He uses a combination of manual techniques including acupuncture for short term pain relief to facilitate pain-free exercise rehabilitation, helping patients recover faster. In his spare time, Suleman enjoys trying different sports and uses this knowledge of body biomechanics to inform his clinical practice.

Hayley is a qualified Dietitian who is equipped with up to date evidence based nutrition and dietary knowledge. Hayley works with the doctors to translate nutrition science into understandable information regarding food, which allows people to make appropriate food and lifestyle choices. Haley aims to provide each and every one of her patients with individualised medical nutrition therapy; through long-term behaviour changes and self-management of treating their disease through nutrition. Hayley is especially interested in all areas of the management of chronic disease, digestive disorders, food intolerances and weight management. Hayley whole heartedly believes in treating the patient not just the disease.
