Unfortunately, the Medicare rebate has failed to keep up with the rapidly rising costs of running a General Practice and we are left with no choice other than to move to a mixed billing model.
Please take time to familiarise yourself with our new fee schedule. We understand the challenges of inflation and the impacts on our community, as we are facing these challenges as well. Should you have any concerns, we encourage you to speak to your local member of parliament.
Marsden Family Doctors is currently looking for a GP to join our mixed billing clinic. We require the GP to be FRACGP qualified and not bound to any moratoriums.
Marsden Family Doctors will provide 75% of the total receipts and will also provide a $150 per hour guarantee for the first three months of practicing.
